November 2020: Installation of a hot air boiler assembly
Study, design, manufacture and installation of a hot air boiler assembly on a chemical site.
The welded boiler of 1600 mm diameter, thickness 5 mm was built- in material stainless steel 304 L. The TIG welding process of the boiler was carried out by qualified welders. A challenging job on-site, our team delivered diligent and rigorous work while respecting the constraints and intervention deadlines.
October 2020: Inauguration de l'escalier métallique à Haartmanswillerko
On Sunday 4th October, the Minister of integration, Brigitte Klinkert went to Hartmannswillerkopft for the inauguration of the metal staircase of the Panorama Rock. This customized staircase was designed, manufactured within our company, then delivered and installed on-site with the help of the AHMK association in chage of the restoration of the historic site.
Septembre 2020 : Réalisation d'uns strucuture provisoire pour réparation d'une passerelle détériorée
Après étude des besoins et de la problématique de notre client, nous avons conçu, fabriqué et installé uns structure provisoire sur-mesure afin de pouvoir remplacer la structure usée à une hauteur de 15 m et de longueur de 30m. Cette structure spécifique ceinture la passerelle à réparer, ce qui permet de réduire les coûts de réalisation et de minimiser les riques d’intervention en hauteur.

2020: Carry out of a stainless steel tank
Realization of a stainless steel tank 1.4307 diam. ext. 1600 th. 8. Cont. Nitric acid, vol. 3.25 M3. Weight 980kg. 100% penetrant testing, 10% radio control of BW welds. Welds carried out by our qualified welders according to EN 287-1.
August 2020: Manufacture of two Flower Bins
Manufacture of 2 flower boxes installed at Place de la République – dimensions 6000×2500.
2020: Example of the manufacture of footbridge, railing, decking metal
We manufactured for the chemical industry, a maintenance access gateway. The entire study was carried out in-house: we designed the 3D model, made the 2D drawing and performed the calculations for checking connections, sections and powders according to the Eurocodes standard. The footbridge was manufactured in our workshop, then painted by our subcontractors and installed on site by our team.

January 31, 2020 : Set of oxygen and nitrogen lines
Set of oxygen and nitrogen lines produced in our workshops and installed at the customer's premises. 100% radio welds on the oxygen line and 10% on the nitrogen line.
December 2019 : Construction of an 80 m^3 storage silo
At the end of the year, an 80 m3 storage silo was delivered to our customer in Thann. This 11-ton silo, 12 meters long and 3.5 meters in diameter, was made of stainless steel to allow the storage of powdered chemicals.

2019 : Manufacture of pipe bend and customize "envelope" piping
In order to connect our “double-walled” tanks, “double-walled” elbows and pipes were created to measure in our workshops for the chocolate industry.
2018 : Double-walled storage tanks for the chocolate industry
These four “double-shell” vats of 11 m3 each are designed to store chocolate. They are equipped with propeller shafts inside. Coils between the two envelopes allow the circulation of liquid.
After insulation, they are ready to be transported to our customer’s site.

This 150 m3 tank was manufactured from A to Z in our workshop. First designed in several pieces, it was then assembled by us outside our workshop.
